MR. & MRS. GOMEZ
Mr. and Mrs. Gomez's summer wedding showcased intentional moments, cultural traditions, and Fort Worth's natural beauty.
The venue for their ceremony, the Fort Worth Botanic Garden, was full of bright and lively colors, a true treat to see all the blooms on full display! The couple chose to have a private first look and portraits before the ceremony, allowing them to savor their day and the scenery without feeling rushed. The ceremony was set in the Lower Rose Garden, a favorite of mine for ceremonies.
The cloud cover created a soft, diffused light that enhanced the vibrant greenery and romantic floral backdrop. As they settled in, guests were treated to a violinist duo, creating an intimate, serene atmosphere.
Sergio entered with a commanding presence, descending from the top of the garden, while Maleesa opted for a graceful walk from the lower part. This empowering and personal decision resonated deeply with the couple.
The reception at Los Vaqueros Restaurant, an iconic Fort Worth Stockyards institution, was a lively celebration of family and culture. One standout moment was the bride's family's traditional knife dance, a spirited performance involving all generations of Maleesa and Sergio’s families. The energy and connection among relatives filled the room with joy and left everyone inspired by the beauty of shared tradition.
This wedding was a fun and intimate affair from start to finish. Please enjoy the gallery below!
