PAGING MR. & MRS. BEITTER
The Lucky Spur Ranch in Justin, TX, was the perfect backdrop for a summer wedding full of love, vibrant and colorful florals, and memorable moments.
For this couple, both surgeons, the timing couldn’t have been more special—they’d just received their residency placements in DFW, where their hearts and families are rooted. Their wedding wasn’t just a celebration of their union; it began a new chapter filled with hope for the future.
The day was a family affair in every sense. The bride’s mom and her best friend, a skilled wedding planner, meticulously planned every detail. Their vision brought together the ranch's natural charm and the couple's lively energy. With family and friends traveling across the country to be there, the atmosphere was warm, joyful, and full of love.
The wedding party was large and lively, keeping the energy high throughout the day. During the portrait session, it became clear they couldn’t resist sneaking some drinks and appetizers—a small but hilarious moment that showed how close and fun this group was.
The reception was where the fun truly took off. The Royal Dukes Band turned the night into a full-on concert, seamlessly transitioning between genres to keep everyone on their feet. With Top 40 hits, Beyonce bangers and Tejano classics, they knew exactly how to bring the party to life.
This celebration had many standout elements, but two took the cake for me! First, the beer burros, adorable miniature donkeys carrying drinks, stole the show and delighted guests of all ages. Then, as the sun set and the reception heated up, out came the lightsabers! This playful touch added an unexpected spark, allowing me to get creative with reception lighting. The result? Dramatic, glowing photos that captured the electric energy of the night.

This wedding was the perfect mix of everything; every frame told a story of connection and joy. It was a privilege to document their day and celebrate the start of this exciting new chapter with them. Cheers to the new Dr. and Dr. Beitter!
